NEET result declared,Kalpana from Bihar topped


Kalpana belonged to Bihar and prepared for the exam in Delhi, her percentage is 99.99. The CBSE conducts this exam every for the government iand private medical and dental college. She got 171 marks out of 180 in physics, 160 in chemistry and 360 out of 360 in biology, which combined botany and zoology, to get 691 marks out of 720 in NEET result 2018. Sharing shared her success that she read NCERT books and coaching material carefully. I also appeared for several mock tests.” Mock tests, she said, are extremely important. She feels that students must give mock tests to gauge their performance from time to time, this would help them not make the same mistakes again. She has also appeared for AIIMs whose result is expected.

Rohan Purohit from Telangana and Himansu Sharma from stood second and third respectively.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the NEET 2018 result on June 4. The result will be hosted on the official website – www.cbseneet.nic.

A total of 13.36 lakh candidates had registered for the exam, a 16.49-percent increase from last year. However, 12.69 lakh candidates appeared for the test, of whom 7.14 lakh cleared it. As many as 76,778 candidates from Uttar Pradesh cleared the test. Over 72,000 and 70,000 candidates cleared the test from Kerala and Maharashtra respectively.
