First of all, let’s understand who can opt for this course and what is the admission procedure
A candidate who has passed 10+2 with subjects like Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is eligible to appear for engineering entrance exams. Admission to engineering courses in India is done on the basis of National, State & University level examinations. JEE Main and Advanced are the National level examinations conducted for providing admission to courses like B.Tech and B.Arch. The JEE Main exam is conducted by National Testing Agency and is based on an objective type pattern. JEE Advanced is conducted by one of the IITs every year.
JEE Main has two papers – 1 and 2. Paper 1 is conducted for taking admission in B.E./B. Tech courses and is conducted online mode.
