AILET 2027 Undergraduate Programme (BA LLB Hons.)

Students seeking admission into the 5-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) programme can apply through AILET 2027.

Eligibility Criteria for BA LLB

Candidates must have:

• Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination
• Minimum 45% marks for General category
• 42% marks for OBC category
• 40% marks for SC/ST category

Students appearing in Class 12 exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply.

• Refunds after withdrawal will follow UGC guidelines.

AILET Eligibility 2027

BA LLB (Hons.) Eligibility

Candidates applying for the BA LLB (Hons.) programme at NLU Delhi must appear for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), except Foreign National candidates. OCI/PIO candidates can apply under both Indian National and OCI/PIO categories separately.

Students must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination with minimum qualifying marks as given below:

• UG merit will be decided based on higher Logical Reasoning marks.
• If still tied, older candidate gets preference.
• Final decision may be through computerized draw of lots.
