Bank of Baroda has officially released a notification for the recruitment of 2500 Local Bank Officers (LBO) under Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I). The online application process begins on 4th July 2025 and will remain open until 24th July 2025. This is a golden opportunity for eligible graduates with banking experience to join one of India’s leading public sector banks. The selection consists of written test,local proficiency test and final GD/Interview.
Applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of one year of experience in an officer-level role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Candidates must also have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 and demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state they are applying for.
The starting basic pay is ₹48,480, along with additional allowances as per bank norms. Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Online Exam, Language Proficiency Test (LPT), Psychometric Test, and Group Discussion.
