How to Fill the HPCET 2025 Counselling Application Form

1. Visit the Official Website:
   Go to himtu.ac.in28.
2. Counselling Registration:
   1. Click on the “HPCET 2025 Counselling Registration” link.
   1. Enter your basic details, including HPCET 2025 roll number and personal information
3. Fill Application Form:
   1. Complete the form with your academic, personal, and contact details.
   1. Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature (as per the specified size and format: photo <50KB, signature <30KB, JPG/JPEG)
4. Upload Documents:
   1. Required documents include:
      1. HPCET/JEE Main/12th result
      1. 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
      1. Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
      1. School leaving certificate
5. Pay Counselling Fee:
   1. Pay the non-refundable counselling fee online:
      1. ₹1600 for General/EWS/OBC
      1. ₹800 for SC/ST/BPL/IRDP
   1. Payment can be made via net banking, credit card, or debit card.
6. Choice Filling:
   1. Select your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority
7. Submit and Print:
