1	Married female candidate should write her husband’s name in the first line of the correspondence address, if she wants to do so, to ensure postage of the allotment letter.
2	Do not use special characters in the address, such as #, @, $, !, >, <, }, {, =, , ^, etc.

What to fill in HP TET 2026 application form

• Bonafide Himachali: Choose Yes only if you have a valid Bonafide Himachali certificate or qualify under Himachal Pradesh rules.
• District/Revenue Sub Division: Select the district and the revenue sub-division where you belong, using the code list provided in the form.
• Exam Centre Preference: Choose the district and sub-division where you want to take the exam from the available options.

Important point

Bonafide Himachali status is a domicile-related category under Himachal Pradesh procedures, and the certificate is by the competent revenue officer such as the Tehsildar or SDM.
