Class 12 Eligibility for JEE Advanced 2027
A candidate must have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2026 or 2027, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
Candidates who appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in 2025 or earlier will NOT be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2027, irrespective of the combination or number of subjects they had taken.

3. Number of attempts
For JEE Advanced, you can appear two times simultaneously without a gap in appearing for JEE Advanced. This is particularly important for repeaters, because your first Class 12 appearance and previous JEE Advanced attempts can affect eligibility.
4. Class 12 marks for IIT admission
