NVS Admission 2025-26 last date extended for class 6 registration: The NVS has extended last of online registration for class -6 Admission till October 07, 2024.

The NVS (Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti) has started registration for Class VI Admission Test for academic session 2025-26. Eligible students can apply form official Website i.e. https://cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs/  Check student eligibility in below given information.

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) conducts admissions for Class VI each year through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). Atleast 75% of the seats in a district will be filled by candidates provisionally selected from rural areas of the district

NVS Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • Students must be studying in Class V for the entire academic session 2024-25 in a government/government-aided or other recognized school.
  • Age criteria usually range from 9 to 13 years as of May 1, 2025 (check the exact dates in the official notification).

How to Apply for NVS Admission 2025

Step-1: Open your search engine and visit on the official website i.e.

Step-2: At homepage looking for “Click here for Registration for Class VI JNVST (2025-26)”

Step-3: After Clicking on Your screen will appear 3-Columns.

Step-4: In Middle Looking for “Online application for Admission to Class VI (2025-26)”.

Step-5: Fill Student Required  personal details.

Step-6: Click on Submit Button.

  • Arithmetic Test:
  • Number and numeric system
  •  Four fundamental operations on whole number
  •  Factors and multiples including their properties
  •  Decimals and fundamental operations on them
  •  Conversion of fractions to decimals and vice-versa
  •  Measurement of length, mass, capacity, time, money etc.
  •  Simplification of Numerical Expressions
  •  Fractional numbers – addition and subtraction of like fraction and multiplication (unlike fraction and division of fractional numbers not included)
  •  Profit and loss without calculation of percentage (calculation of percentage of profit and loss is exempted from the topic)
  •  Perimeter and area – perimeter of polygon, area of square rectangle and triangle (as a part of rectangle)
  •  Types of angle and its simple applications
  •  Data analysis using bar diagram, graph and line chart.

SELECTION PROCESS:

  • The result of JNV Selection Test 2025 is expected to be announce by March, 2025 for summer bound JNVs & in May, 2025 for Winter Bound JNVs.
  • Candidates can get the result from the application portal. The result will also be displayed in the offices of the concerned.
