SBI CBO 2025: The candidate has to fill out the application carefully and keep the documents ready to apply. What you need in the first instance is an active mobile and an active email ID as the communication with the candidates will be through these two media.

- After registration, candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

How to Scan Documents, Photographs, and Signatures?
Before applying online, the candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/ her documents, photograph and signature as per the guidelines given below. You must add this information and data to complete your registration.

- The size of the file should be between 20kb–50 kb
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner, such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours, etc., during the process of scanning
Importance of the Right Picture
In case the photograph, signature, or documents are unclear, the candidate may edit his/ her application and re-upload his/ her photograph, signature, or documents prior to submitting the form.
The candidate should ensure that the Photo is uploaded at the place of the Photo, Signature is uploaded at the place of the Signature. If a photo in place of a photo and/or a signature in place of a signature are not uploaded properly, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the online exam
In case the uploaded documents are not readable, the application will likely get rejected.
Please note that until photographs and signature are as per the specifications provided, the system will not allow the candidate to move forward to the next stage of application.
SBI CBO 2025: Fee Payment
- Visit Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/web/careers//current-openings and open the Online Application Form, available under ‘Current Openings’.
- Fill out the application. In the event of candidates not being able to fill the data in one go, they can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved data using the registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. Note: You can’t make any changes after submitting the application. The registration at this stage is provisional.
- After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, the candidate should pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, by following the instructions available on the screen.
Mode of Payment
Make the payment using a debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing the right information. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates. On successful completion of the transaction, print the application form and the e-receipt you will receive.
If the online transaction is not successful, please register again and make payment online.
Candidates can also reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing fee details at a later stage.
Hand-written Declaration Image
Candidates have uploaded the handwritten declaration stating that the information is correct. The file size should not be more than 50 KB-100 KB, and it should be in JPEG/JPG format. The declaration can only be written in English, and no other language is accepted. Candidates can get it written and will sign it.
The declaration should not be in capital letters
- The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows:
- “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- The signature left thumb impression, and the handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.
- If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the examination, does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified
