Education Qualification for Senior Scientific Officer Recruitment 2025
MSC with at least second division in zoology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/BioChemistry/Microbiology/Genetics from recognized University as established by law
Or
MSc in forensic science with second division with specialization in Forensic Biology/Serology/DNA(In 3 or 4th semester/specialization course of minimum six months duration) and zoology or molecular Biology or Biotechnology or Biochemistry or Microbilogy or Genetics as one of the subjects in bachelor of science from recognized university and certificate/diploma in computer science/computer application or degree with atleast one subject computer science/Computer application from recognized university
Or
O Level or higher level certificate course by NIELIT plus two years working experience in the field of forensic DNA in a FSL or state or central government
MTech/MCA/ME/MSc with second division with computer science/application
Or MSc with second division in Forensic Science with specialization in Forensic Cyber Forensic/Digital forensic(3rd or 4th semester specialization course of minimum 6 months duration)

21-40 years
