Action against candidates found guilty of misconduct: The candidates, if found guilty of doing the following things, will be barred from appearing in the exam S. No. Type of Malpractice Debarment Period 1 Taking away any examination related material (rough sheets, Commission copy of admit card, answer sheet, etc.) from the exam hall or passing it to unauthorized persons. 2 years 2 Leaving the examination venue uninformed during the examination. 2 years 3 Misbehaving, intimidating, or threatening examination functionaries (Supervisor, Invigilator, Security Guard, Commission’s representatives, etc.). 3 years 4 Obstructing the conduct of examination or instigating other candidates not to take the examination. 3 years 5 Making incorrect or false statements, suppressing material information, or submitting fabricated documents. 3 years 6 Obtaining support or influence for candidature by any irregular or improper means. 3 years 7 Possession of a mobile phone, whether in ‘switched on’ or ‘switched off’ mode. 3 years 8 Appearing in the same examination more than once in contravention of the rules. 3 years 9 A candidate who is also working on examination related matters in the same examination. 3 years 5 Years to 7 years 10 Damaging examination related infrastructure or equipment. 5 years 11 Appearing in the examination with a forged admit card, identity proof, etc. 5 years 12 Possession of firearms or weapons during the examination. 5 years 13 Assault, use of force, or causing bodily harm to examination functionaries (Supervisor, Invigilator, Security Guard, Commission’s representatives, etc.). 7 years 14 Threatening or intimidating examination functionaries with weapons or firearms. 7 years 15 Using unfair means in the examination hall (copying from unauthorized sources such as written material on paper or body parts, etc.). 7 years 16 Possession of Bluetooth devices, spy cameras, or any other electronic gadgets in the examination hall. 7 years 17 Impersonation or procuring impersonation by any person. 7 years 18 Taking snapshots or making videos of question papers or examination material, labs, etc. 7 years 19 Sharing examination terminals through remote desktop software/apps, LAN, WAN, etc. 7 years 20 Attempting to hack or manipulate examination servers, data, or examination systems at any point (before, during, or after the exam). 7 years Action against candidates found guilty of misconduct: The candidates, if found guilty of doing the following things, will be barred from appearing in the exam S.
