WBJEE JENPAS UG 2026 is a Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Sciences – Undergraduate, it is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for admission to various undergraduate paramedical, nursing, and allied health science courses in government and private institutes in West Bengal.

All candidates must pass individual subjects (theory & practical where applicable) from recognized boards. PCBM refers to Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics combined where specified.

West Bengal Domicile Criteria for JENPAS UG

Candidates qualify as West Bengal domiciles (required for JENPAS UG eligibility) through either continuous residence or parental residency.

Domicile Qualification Rules

  • Residence-based: Must reside continuously in West Bengal for 10+ years as of December 31, 2024. Requires Proforma ‘a1’ (certified by government officials) or ‘a2’ (certified by 10+2 institution head).
  • Parent-based: Parents must be permanent West Bengal residents. Requires Proforma ‘b’ (government-certified) or original copies of two parent documents (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Passport, Ration card) showing West Bengal address.

Special Provisions

SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD candidates may use category certificates temporarily instead of domicile proof during counseling. If rejected during verification, their status defaults to non-West Bengal domicile.
