2023 was one of the more successful years for Indian cinema in the recent past
- Best Actor: Shah Rukh Khan for “Jawan” (shared with Vikrant Massey for “12th Fail”).
- Best Actress: Rani Mukerji for “Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway”.
- Best Hindi Film: “Katthal: A Jackfruit Mystery”.
- Other language winners: “Bhagavanth Kesari” (Telugu), “Parking” (Tamil), “Vash” (Gujarati), “Deep Fridge” (Bengali), and others.
