AIBE XX (20) 2025 Educational Qualification
- candidate must have a three- or five-year LLB degree from a recognized institute or university.
- It is a must for candidates enrolled as advocates with respective State Bar Councils, according to Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates Act, 1961.
