What Happens After Basic Registration?
Once the Basic Registration ends on May 7, AIIMS will review all applications. Then, on May 9, 2025, they will release a list where you can check if your application is “Accepted” or “Not Accepted.”
- If Accepted – You can move ahead to Final Registration and pay the exam fees.
- If Not Accepted – You may get a chance to correct mistakes if AIIMS allows it.

What is Basic Registration?
The Basic Registration is the first and most important step in the AIIMS Nursing application process. Without this, you will not be allowed to proceed to the next steps, like Final Registration, Admit Card download, or the Entrance Exam.
During this stage, you need to:
- Register online with your details
- Upload a passport-size photo, signature, and thumb impression
- Double-check all information before submitting
Note – Once you complete this, AIIMS will verify your application and tell you whether your registration has been accepted or not.
How to Register for AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing 2025?

- Visit the official website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in
- Click on “Academic Courses” and choose B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing
- Click on “Basic Registration” link
- Fill in your details like name, mobile number, email ID
- Upload required documents
- Submit the form and note your registration number
Who Can Apply?
AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing is open for female candidates only. You must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English and must meet the minimum eligibility marks.
