AIIMS Paramedical 2025: Eligibility Criteria Overview
To apply for the AIIMS Paramedical exam, students must meet the following requirements:Qualification Marks Age Must have passed 10+2 or appearing in 2025 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or Mathematics) and English. Minimum 50% marks for General/OBC, and 45% for SC/ST candidates in qualifying exam. Minimum 17 years as on 31st December 2025.
Exam Pattern
B.Sc.(Paramedical) Courses are also common to all AIIMS. One paper of 1½ hours duration and consisting of objective type (Multiple Choice) questions in four parts of 30 questions each in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. The candidate may either attempt the biology part or the Mathematics part.
Syllabus for AIIMS Paramedical 2025
The syllabus is based on Class 11 and Class 12 NCERT syllabi. Main subjects include:
- Physics: Motion, Work & Energy, Thermodynamics, Electricity, Optics, etc.
- Chemistry: Structure of Atom, Periodic Table, Chemical Bonding, Organic Chemistry, etc.
