- Download the form and fill it out carefully.
- Fill and sign the Application Form (Annexure-A) and Annexure (Annexure-B).
- Create a single PDF file (up to 10MB) along with self-attested scanned copies of all certificates and documents. Documents to be sent through email in a PDF file are to be arranged in the following order:
1. Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card
2. Application form (Annexure-A), Undertaking (Annexure-B)
3. Self-attested copy in support of proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation / Secondary / Class X Pass certificate)

- Objective of Training: The objective of this training programme is to provide practical experience to the qualified nurses in ICU, Medical, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and other departments of the DSP hospital.
- Interview schedule: Interview date, time, and link for online document verification and Interview will be intimated to the applicant’s registered email ID / via SMS and/or by uploading the list on the SAIL website in due course.
