Applicants must note that no further correspondence will be entertained regarding reservation categories or other claims once the application is submitted. Changes in reservation categories are not allowed after the submission of registration fees. If any incorrect information is found at any stage of recruitment, the candidature will be cancelled immediately. The Last date of online registration is August 11, 2025.
Reservation and Category Certificates
Candidates who claim reservation benefits but fail to produce a valid category certificate as per the published criteria will have their reserved category candidature cancelled, and the allocated seat will be forfeited.
Reservations for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) will be as per the DoP&T OM No. 36035/02/2017-Estt (Res) dated 15.01.2018.
Only candidates with 40% or more physical disability are eligible for the PwBD quota.
To avail of PwBD reservation, candidates must submit a Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed format.
The suitability of PwBD candidates for the post will be evaluated by a Medical Board constituted by the Executive Director of AIIMS or the respective institute.
Scrutiny of AIIMS NORCET 9 Reservation VacanciesApplications
Due to the large number of applications, the scrutiny of eligibility criteria and category certificates will not take place during the recruitment examination.
Applications will be accepted provisionally.
Candidates must carefully check their eligibility (educational qualifications, age, etc.) before applying.
In case of discrepancy, during document verification, the application will undergo cancellation without notice.
Selection will be strictly based on merit as per the NORCET Main Exam score for any AIIMS/Hospital.
Qualified candidates will go through multi-stage document verification in both online and offline modes, including original document verification at the respective AIIMS/Hospital.
Reservation and Seat Forfeiture
If a candidate fails to produce a valid category certificate, the application will undergo cancellation without notice.
Ex-servicemen who have already obtained civil employment in Central Government on a regular basis after availing reservation benefits cannot claim EXS reservation benefits again.
However, they will still be eligible for age relaxation as per the rules.
