Nature of Employment

  • You will be hired as an Officer on Contractual Basis (OCB) for an initial period of 5 years, which can be extended based on your performance, subject to the Bank’s discretion.
  • The maximum tenure will not exceed 10 years or until you reach the age of 60, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting of Applications
    Based on qualifications, experience, and suitability.
  2. Personal Interview (PI) and/or Other Selection Methods
  3. Bank will decide the interview marks and cut-off.
  4. If multiple candidates score the same, the older candidate (by age) will be given preference.

    • Appointment letters

    • Relieving letters (if applicable)
  7. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
    • Must be in the prescribed format by the Government of India
    • Must match the exact name of the caste as in the Central Govt list
  8. OBC Certificate with Non-Creamy Layer Clause
    • Valid as of the interview date
    • Issued within one year of the date of advertisement
  9. Disability Certificate (PwBD Candidates)
    • By a District Medical Board
    • If a scribe was used, submit the duly filled scribe form
  10. Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Documents
    • Discharge Book copy
    • Pension Payment Order (PPO)
    • Proof of rank last held (substantive/acting)
  11. 1984 Riot-Affected Candidates
    • Certificate from the District Magistrate
    • As per Rehabilitation Package guidelines (MoF Notification dated 27.07.2007)
  12. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
    • Mandatory for candidates working in Govt/PSU/Bank/Quasi-Govt organizations
  13. Eligibility Certificate (for non-Indian citizens as per nationality criteria)
    • Issued by the Government of India if applicable (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, PIOs)
  14. Any Other Supporting Documents
    • To validate eligibility, reservation claims, experience, or special conditions
