The IOCL Indian Limited has released a notification for the IOCL 475 Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2025. This Notification is regarding to opening of the registration process. The registration Process has started on August 08, 2025, and the last date of online registration is September 05, 2025. The trades are included in this recruitment process. IOCL is inviting applications for the posts of Trade Apprentices, Technician Apprentices, and Graduate Apprentices (both Technical and Non-Technical) at its various locations in Southern India, including:

IOCL Apprentice 2025 Notification: Age Relaxation for PwBD and OBC-NCL Category Candidates
- Candidates belonging to the PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) category are eligible for age relaxation of up to 10 years.
- If the PwBD candidate also belongs to the SC/ST category, they are eligible for up to 15 years of age relaxation.
- Candidates from the OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer) category are eligible for up to 13 years of age relaxation.
IOCL Apprentice 2025 Notification Regarding Vacancy Details
The IOCL Apprentice vacancies are released for various Trade and Technician Apprentice posts across different states, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. There are 475 vacancies that have been announced for recruitment as apprentice trainees. The Opportunity Discipline includes Fitter, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Machinist, Instrument Mechanic, Civil, Mechanical, and more. The total number of seats is divided among different categories such as UR, EWS, SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD as per government reservation rules. Candidates can apply based on their educational qualification and state preference.
IOCL Apprentice 2025 Notification: Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the previous year’s qualification marks.
- In this apprentice recruitment, there will be no entrance exam and no Interview.
- In case two or more applicants have secured the same marks, the applicant older in age gives priority.
- Before applying, they must ensure that they are registered on the NAPS/ NATS portal, and applying against the notification shall be considered for selection.
- Only those candidates whose names will appear on the merit list to be called for Document verification.
- Candidates must be medical fits.

- Step 3: Select the IOCL Trade Apprentice 2025 Link and click on the Apply Online Link.
- Step 4: If you are a new user, register using your email ID and mobile number.
- Step 5: Use your login credentials to access the application form. Now fill in their personal, academic, and trade details carefully.
- Step-6: Upload all required scan documents, including Passport size photo, signature, ITI Certificate, Date of Birth Proof, Caste/PwD certificate.
- Step 7: Double-check all details before final submission.
- Step 8: Click on the submit button to complete your application. There is no application fee.
- Step 9: Save and print the submitted application form for future reference.
Required Documents for Verification
- 10th/SSLC/Matric certificate or marksheet as proof of Date of Birth
- Caste/Disability certificate (for reserved categories)
- OBC-NCL certificate (latest, within 12 months, in Central Govt. format)
- A certificate from the institute stating the regular mode of study and the year of passing
- Semester-wise/year-wise mark sheets (ITI/Graduation/Diploma)
- Final certificate of ITI (NCVT) / HSC / Graduation / Diploma
- Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook copy, cancelled cheque leaf
- Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate
