RGIPT Project Assistant opportunities apply
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology wants to engage Project Assistant in its centres. These candidates will be working under faculty supersion and these candidates will support project execution,data handling,technical documentation and coordination with Industry Partners.
Though monthly pay is not high but RGIPT says the opportunities are high for these project assistant.

Selection Criteria
The selection criteria is that candidates application form will be scrutinized and candidates will be called for written test and interview. This could be online or offline. It is important to note that no TA/DA will be provided.
Financial Assistance and Terms of Engagement
The institute will provide following financial assistance to the candidates-:
- Remuneration: ₹9,000 per month (consolidated).
- Accommodation: Hostel accommodation at ₹75/day (mess facility on daily payment basis).
- Duration: Initially until March 31, 2026; extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Appointment Mode: Purely temporary.

Opportunities for Career Progression
- Project Assistants may apply for Ph.D. admission at RGIPT (Even Semester 2025–26) if eligible.
- Selected GATE-qualified candidates will receive the full Institute Assistantship. RGIPT/IIT B.Tech graduates are exempt from the GATE requirement. Non-GATE candidates may continue with the same assistantship.
