What Is Purpose of Jharkhand JET 2025 ?
The Jharkhand Eligibility Test (JET) will conduct to check the eligibility of candidates for:
- Appointment as Assistant Professor in universities/colleges of Jharkhand.
- Admission in Ph.D. programs in Jharkhand universities/colleges.
JET Eligibility Criteria 2025 – Educational Qualifications & Age

| Unreserved / EWS | Master’s Degree or equivalent with at least 55% marks (without rounding off) from UGC-recognized universities/institutions. |
| BC-I / BC-II / SC / ST / PwBD (Jharkhand State) | Master’s Degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks (without rounding off). |
| Candidates pursuing Master’s / Final Year Students | Can apply provisionally. Must pass Master’s Degree with required marks within 2 years from the date of JET result, otherwise disqualified. |
| Ph.D. Degree Holders (completed by 19 Sept 1991) | Eligible with 5% relaxation (i.e., 50% marks instead of 55%). |
| Subject Condition | Candidates should appear in the subject of their Post-Graduation. If the subject is not in JET list, they can appear in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET. |

Age Criteria For JET 2025
There are no upper age limit to apply.

JET 2025 OTR – One Time Registration
- Use your own Email ID and Mobile Number to register.
- Fill in the OTR form and note down the OTR Number (system-generated application number).
- Upload scanned documents:

How To Apply for JET 2025 Online
Step-1: After OTR, fill the JET online application.

Step-3: Pay Application Fee by Use Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking to pay the fee. And after payment take a proof of payment.

Step-5: Afte all form details filled must take a printout of your application for future reference.
Candidates can apply online through the JPSC website by completing one-time registration (OTR), filling in required details, uploading documents, and paying the application fee.
Jharkhand JET 2025 – Correction Window, Exam Dates, Answer Key PDf, Result
JET 2025 Correction Window
After filling the application form for Jharkhand JET 2025, candidates will get a chance to correct their mistakes. The Correction Window will open from October 08 to 10, 2025. In this correction window, you can edit details like spelling errors, wrong information, or uploaded documents. You must check carefully and make corrections before the last date, because after that, you cannot make any changes
JET 2025 Exam Dates
The Jharkhand JET 2025 exam dates will be announced in the official notification. Candidates should mark these dates on their calendar and prepare according to the schedule. Along with the exam date, the admit card release date and other important events will also be mentioned in the official notice.
Admit Card For JET 2025
The Jharkhand JET 2025 admit card will be released online on the official website. All candidates who have successfully submitted their application can download it. The admit card is very important because you cannot enter the exam hall without it. It contains important details like your name, roll number, exam date, exam time, and exam center. Candidates should check all the information carefully and take a printout to carry on the day of the exam.
JET Answer Key PDF
After the exam, the official website will release the JET answer key 2025 PDF. With the help of this answer key, candidates can compare their answers and calculate their expected score. If any candidate finds a mistake in the answer key, they will also get a chance to raise objections within a limited time.
JET Result & Cutoff
The result of Jharkhand JET 2025 will be declared online. Candidates can check their result by using their roll number and date of birth. Along with the result, the cutoff marks will also be released. The cutoff is the minimum mark required to qualify for admission or eligibility. It may be different for different categories like General, OBC, SC, and ST.

Marking Scheme for JET 2025
- Each question carries 2 marks.
- For every correct answer, you will get 2 marks.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
- No marks will be given for questions left blank or not attempted.
- To answer a question, you must choose only one correct option.
- If a question has more than one correct answer, candidates who selected any one of the correct options will get marks.
- If a question is found to be wrong or cancelled, then 2 marks will be given only to those who attempted that question.
