- Select “Apply Online For Recruitment of Officer Scale 1, 2, and 3”.
- Register by entering basic details such as name, mobile number, and email ID. Save the registration number and password.
- Fill in personal, educational, and communication details carefully.
- Upload required documents: recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per prescribed format.
- Pay the application fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

Office Assistant-Must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of India.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Bachelor Degree
Candidates with degrees in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy may get preference.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accounting

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Candidates have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having a Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
5 Years in Banks or a financial institution
- Knowledge of the local language of the state of the applied RRB is usually required.
- Computer literacy is preferred or required.

Nationality
- Must be an Indian citizen or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending permanent settlement or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam) intending permanent settlement, with certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
Other Criteria
- Must be proficient in the local language of the applied RRB jurisdiction.
- Should not exceed the upper age limit on the specified date.
- Must produce original documents proving eligibility and identity at various stages.
