MSTC Management Trainee 2025
The application form will open on November 15 for recruiting the management trainees in different discipline of MSTC. After completion of training, candidates will be in the MTC and will join as Assistant Manager.

Selection
The candidates will have to go through CBT test which will be taking place all over India, and the dates and release of admit card details candidate will receive intimation. The qualifying marks set is 40 per cent and for reserved category, it is 35 percent.
The final selection depends on CBT Test score,GD and Interview score combined together

The remuneration shall be as per the pay scale mentioned in the table above. Besides Basic pay, candidates will also get Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances as applicable for the post.

scan their : – photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) – signature (with black ink) – left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink) – a hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below) ensuring that the all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure III to this Advertisement
Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be acceptable
TThe candidate should scan left thumb impression properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for applying.)
The text for the hand written declaration is as follows – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
The candidate will write declaration in English only.The candidate must remember that they have to upload it of their own and should not be in other language than English; the application will be as invalid. However, visually impaired candidates who are unable to write may have the declaration typed, affix their left-hand thumb impression below the typed text, and upload the document as per the given specifications.
