The application form will be open on 25 December for recruitment of apprentice in Bank of India. The first requirement is NATS registration. Those who register successfully can appear in the entrance test. The details of eligibility,exam pattern and selection process has been given in this article below-:

Educational Qualification

The candidate must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualifications recognized by central government. The candidate should have passed his/her graduation degree between 01.04.2021 and 01.12.2025.

NATS Registration

Candidate need to register himself/ herself on apprenticeship portal of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) https://nats.education.gov.in managed by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). However, while applying for apprenticeship in the Bank, candidate shall have to possess his/her Enrolment id (issued by NATS portal)

All tests except the English Language test are available bilingually in English and Hindi. The English Language test is qualifying in nature, so marks obtained in it will not be added to the merit list. Minimum qualifying marks for English Language, General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge will be determined solely by the Bank.​

Key Implications

Candidates can switch between English and Hindi for non-English sections during the exam. English marks serve only as a qualifier, not for ranking. Banks set sectional cutoffs at their discretion, often varying by category and state.

Documents at the time of selection

  • Printout of the valid intimation letter issued by BFSI SSC.
    • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC Marksheet)
    • Photo Identify Proof (Aadhaar Card)
    • Mark sheets & certificates for educational qualifications. Proper document from Board/ University for having declared the result between 01.04.2021 to 01.12.2025 has to be submitted.
    • . OBC caste certificate containing the ‘Non-creamy layer’ clause should be issued on or after 01.04.2025. Caste Name mentioned in certificate should tally letter by letter with Central Government list / notification.

How to Apply

Apply online for “Apprenticeship with Bank of India” from December 25, 2025, to January 10, 2026, via the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in.

Registration Steps

  • First, register on the NATS portal (Government of India Apprenticeship portal) if eligible, using the “Student Register/Login” section.
  • After registration, log in at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php with your user ID and password.
  • Navigate to “Apply against advertised vacancies” and select the Bank of India advertisement to submit your application.

Post-Application Process

Eligible candidates receive an email from info@bfsissc.com within 48 hours, inviting them to complete the “Application cum Examination Fee Form” with personal details, zone preference, category, PWBD status, and online fee payment. Note your NATS Enrolment ID carefully after applying.

Support and Confirmation

For registration issues, refer to the NATS help manual at https://nats.education.gov.in/assets/manual/student_manual.pdf. Successful fee payers get a confirmation email from info@bfsissc.com with a copy of their form within 48 hours.
