RIICO Assistant Site Engineer recruitment 2025 Gate score -The application form will open on 29 December for the recruitment of 39 posts of Assistant Site Engineer (Civil) in RIICO which is an undertaking of the Government of Rajasthan through valid GATE Score. Details of category-wise classification of vacant posts are as under

The candidate have to upload Valid Gate Score Certificate in online application.

This examination will be conducted by IBPS

RIICO Assistant Site Engineer Recruitment 2025 Schedule

As per the Department of Personnel notification dated January 13, 2016, 30% of posts are reserved for women, with 8% of these specifically for widows and 2% for divorced women. If qualified widow candidates are unavailable, those posts will go to divorced women from the same category. Likewise, unfilled divorced women posts will be allocated to widows from the same category. Should neither widows nor divorced women be available in sufficient numbers, the reservations will be filled by general (unreserved) women from the same category.

Candidates will get selection on the basis of valid GATE Score in Civil Engineering. GATE Score must be valid till the last date of receipt of application form.

Procedure for Submitting Online Application Form

1. Access the Portal: Visit RIICO’s website www.riico.rajasthan.gov.in, click “Recruitment 2025,” and review the detailed advertisement and service rules before proceeding.
2. Start Application: Click “Apply Online” to open the registration screen.
3. New Registration: Select “Click here for New Registration,” enter your name, contact details, and email ID. Note the system-generated Provisional Registration Number and Password (sent via email/SMS).
4. Save Progress: Use “SAVE & NEXT” to save and review your entries. Visually impaired candidates should verify details carefully before final submission.
5. Final Verification: Double-check all details before clicking “Complete Registration”—no changes allowed afterward.
6. Name Accuracy: Enter names exactly as in certificates/mark sheets/ID proofs. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

Document Uploading Procedure

a) While filling up the online application form, the candidate will get a separate links for uploading photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.

b) Click on the respective link “Upload Photograph/Signature/Upload Left Thumb Impression/Handwritten Declaration”.

c) Browse and select the location where the scanned photograph/signature/left thumb impression/handwritten declaration file is availbe to save

d) Select the file by clicking on it. e) Click on ‘Open/Upload’.

f) If the size and format of the file is not as per the prescribed, an error message will display

g) Preview of the uploaded image will help to see the quality of the image. In case of unclear/blurred, you may upload again for required clarity/quality
