Candidates must apply online exclusively from January 6, 2026, to February 5, 2026, through the MP Rajya Sahakari Bank (Apex Bank) website at www.apexbankmp.bank.in—no other application modes will be accepted.
Pre-Registration Requirements
Before applying, candidates should:
- Scan photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature (black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper, black/blue ink), and handwritten declaration (white paper, black ink) per Annexure III specifications.
- Ensure signature uses lowercase letters (CAPITAL LETTERS invalid), thumb impression is clear/not smudged (right thumb acceptable if no left thumb).
- Write declaration in own handwriting, English only: “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- Prepare details for online fee payment and maintain valid active email ID/mobile number throughout recruitment.

Senior Management Grade-2 Qualifying Criteria (Computer Programmer, Financial Analyst, Internal Auditor):
