NHAI Deputy Manager Technical eligibility criteria
- Post Name: Deputy Manager (Technical)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years (relaxable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories)
- Educational Qualification: Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Candidates must hold this qualification by the application closing date
- Experience: No prior work experience specified as essential

Selection occurs via direct recruitment using valid GATE 2025 scores in Civil Engineering:
- Shortlisting based on GATE 2025 score.
- Possible interaction/interview if NHAI calls candidates (shortlisting may apply for large applicant pools).

Selection Processfor Deputy Manager (Technical) relies on GATE 2025 scores in Civil Engineering.

Service Bond Details
Selected candidates must sign a Rs. 5 lakh bond for 3 years service at NHAI from joining date. Resignation or termination for misconduct within 3 years requires full bond payment. NHAI rejects service bond transfers from other government organizations; no such requests accepted.
