- Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Science (M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. / MS).
- Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA required for General / GEN-EWS / OBC candidates.
- Minimum 50% marks or 5.5 CGPA required for SC / ST / PWD candidates.
- Candidates must also have at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in Bachelor’s degree (for General / OBC / EWS).
