AP PECET 2026 notification has been out today with other exam dates.

AP PECET 2026stands for Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test 2026. It is a state-level entrance exam will take place for admission into B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education – 2 years) and U.G.D.P.Ed / D.P.Ed (Under Graduate Diploma in Physical Education – 2 years) courses in universities and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

The exam organized by Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Guntur on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education).

The AP CETs 2026 notification has already been released, and registration for most CETs (including AP PECET) has started or is about to start very soon.

Key official dates for AP PECET 2026:

  • Notification Release: Already released (around early February 2026)
  • Registration / Application start date: 13 February 2026 (some sources mention process starting from February 4 for other CETs, but PECET specifically from mid-February)
  • Physical Efficiency Test and Games Skill Test: Commence from 3 June 2026 onwards

Eligibility (expected – same as previous years)

  • Indian citizen
  • Andhra Pradesh domicile (local / non-local status rules apply)
  • For B.P.Ed: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent + should have participated in sports/ games at school/college level (or inter-district / state level)
  • For D.P.Ed / U.G.D.P.Ed: SSC (10th) or equivalent
  • Age usually up to 30–35 years (relaxation for reserved categories and sports persons)
  • Physical fitness standards are mandatory (height, chest, etc.)

Selection Process

  • Physical Efficiency Test (running, long jump, high jump, etc.)
  • Skill Test in games/sports
  • Written test (in some years – includes GK, English, Physical Education topics)
  • Weightage is usually given to both academic + sports certificates + performance in physical tests

How to Apply (when registration opens)

  1. Go to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in or pecet-sche.aptonline.in
  2. Register with basic details
  3. Fill application form
  4. Upload photo, signature, sports certificates
  5. Pay fee online (usually ₹800–1000 for general, less for reserved categories)
  6. Download confirmation
