Selection Process & Exam Pattern

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 125 questions (100 technical, 25 aptitude & reasoning), 120 minutes, bilingual, 1/4 negative marking.​
  • Personal Interview – Shortlisting ratio 1:5 after CBT.
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for GEN/OBC/EWS, 30% for SC/ST/PwBD (both CBT & Interview).​

Syllabus

The syllabus for the computer based test will primarily focus on objective type questions derived from the core engineering subjects that candidates have studied as part of their respective engineering disciplines or specializations. Additionally, the test will include a section on General Aptitude to assess analytical and reasoning abilities, candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly based on the curriculum of their engineering qualification
