Documents Required for Verification

• Printout of the BHEL Artisan online application form.
• Original and photocopies of 10th/12th mark sheets and certificates as proof of age and educational qualifications.
• ITI Certificate and mark sheets for relevant trade (if applicable).
• Category/caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if claimed, in prescribed government format.
• Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.).
• Passport-size photographs as per the specifications in the notification.
• Disability/Ex-serviceman certificates, if applicable.
• Any other documents as listed in the merit list or call letter instructions.

Important Points

• All documents must be original along with self-attested photocopies.
• Failure to produce required documents may result in disqualification.
• The date and venue for document verification will be in the merit list notification or sent separately via the candidate’s registered email/SMS.
• Preference to Best Apprentice/Runner Apprentice- BHEL will reward such candidates who are Best Apprentice/Runner Apprentice for All India by Skill Test by The Directorate General of Employment and Training.
• Best Aoorentice/Runner up Apprentice will not be attending any written exam, they will get call for skill test and if selected will get a job in BHEL
