Eligibility Criteria of CA/CMA Management Trainee At BEL Kotdwara
- Candidates should have registered with ICMAI / ICAI and passed CMA/ CA (intermediate).
- Age: The Maximum age of these candidates shall not exceed 25 years as on 01.07.2025
- Selection: Through the interview process
Tenure
The initial tenure of the Management Industrial Trainee (MIT – Finance) shall be One Year. However, an extension for Two Years will likely be under consideration after reviewing the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the MIT (Finance), including their extension period, shall not exceed a maximum period of three years.
Stipend
The stipend payable to the MIT (Finance) with the qualification of CMA/CA (intermediate pass) shall be Rs 25,000/- per month for the first year, on extension, Rs 27,000/- per month for the second year, and Rs 30,000/- per month for the third year.
