Chhattisgarh Excise Department has open the applications for the recruitment of Excise Constable posts under Direct Recruitment Process. This recruitment is for local residents of Chhattisgarh, who fulfill the necessary conditions of Physical and Educational Qualification. A total of 200 posts will be appointed under this recruitment. As per the reservation rules, the vacancies have been classified for different categories. Applicant can apply for this post till 27 June, 2025.

Educational Qualification and Age:

The applicant must have Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Examination from a recognized board.

Minimum Age: 18 Years (as on 01 January 2025)

§  Maximum Age: 40 Years (Additional relaxation will be given to various categories under reservation)

§  Additional relaxation in age limit is available for various reserved categories.

Physical Eligibility: The physical standards have the following requirements:

Height: 167.5 cms (165 cms for ST)

For Male Candidates:

Chest: 81 cms (86 cms when expanded)

For Female Candidates:

 Height: 152.4 cms
