COMEDK UGET 2026 (Under Graduate Entrance Test) is the entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for admission to B.E./B.Tech programs in around 150+ private engineering colleges in Karnataka. It offers approximately 20,000 seats and is also linked with Uni-GAUGE E for some participating institutes.

What is COMEDK UGET 2026?

COMEDK UGET 2026 is an entrance test to get admission in 150 engineering colleges of Karnataka. The candidates from any state can appear for this entrance test to get admission in Karnataka Engineering colleges.

The exam is a computer-based test (CBT) conducted across India in multiple centers.

COME DK UGET Eligibility Criteria (2026)

  • Must be Indian citizen, OCI, or PIO.
  • Passed or appearing in 10+2 / 2nd PUC with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Minimum marks: 45% aggregate in PCM (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka).
  • There is no minimum age limit specified, but candidates should satisfy the age criteria of the colleges (if any).

Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Computer Based Test (online)
  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Total Questions: 180
  • Subjects & Questions:
    • Physics – 60 questions
    • Chemistry – 60 questions
    • Mathematics – 60 questions
  • Marking: +1 mark for correct answer
  • Negative marking: No negative marking
  • Medium: English only
