The CTET February 2026 admit card (hall ticket) will be released shortly in the first week of February 2026 for the exam that is taking place on 8 February 2026. The candidates have to wait for this exam for a longer time as the CTET 2025 July edition exam did not take place.
The first thing that candidate does after downloading the admit to check the details mentioned in the admit card are correct such as your name, parents name, your DOB and photograph
CTET 2026 Admit Card
- Exam Date: The CTET February 2026 exam is scheduled for February 8, 2026 (Sunday) in pen-and-paper mode.
- Paper 1 (for Classes 1-5): 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon (reporting by 7:30 AM, gates close at 9:30 AM).
- Paper 2 (for Classes 6-8): 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (reporting by 12:30 PM, gates close at 2:30 PM). It will be held across multiple cities (around 132-136 centers).
- City Intimation Slip (Pre-Admit Card): Already released on January 23, 2026. This slip shows your allotted exam city, state, and date. Download it from the official site if you haven’t already (it’s not the full admit card).
- Admit Card Release: Expected soon (most reliable sources indicate 2-3 days before the exam, i.e., around February 5-6, 2026). Some reports say “a few days before” or “shortly.” No exact date is confirmed on the official site yet.

How to Download CTET 2026 Admit Card
- Visit the official website: ctet.nic.in.
- On the homepage, look for and click the link: “Download Admit Card for CTET February 2026” (or similar wording).
- Enter your login credentials:
- Application Number / Registration Number
- Date of Birth (or Password, as per the portal)
- Submit the details → Your admit card PDF will appear on screen.
- Verify all details (name, roll number, exam center address, shift timing, photo/signature, instructions).
- Download and print a clear copy (carry it to the exam hall along with a valid photo ID like Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
- Keep multiple printouts as backup.

- The admit card is mandatory for entry—without an admit card = no entry.
- Candidate must report any discrepancies (e.g., wrong details) immediately via the helpline or email (ctet.cbse@nic.in).
