CUET UG 2026 Registration Last Date Extended Till 4 February 2026. The last date of fee payment has been extended till 07 February 2026.
The CUET UG 2026 application form closing date is 04 February, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM IST).The application form may get extended as it generally happens. During CUET PG 2026 the application form submission’s date was extended twice.
We would urge the candidates to apply before the last date and donot wait for the extension
Key Dates from Official NTA Notification (Information Bulletin CUET (UG) 2026)
- Registration Start: January 3, 2026
- Last Date to Submit Online Application Form: 04 February, 2026 (11:50 PM)
- Last Date for Successful Fee Payment (via Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI): 07 February, 2026 (11:50 PM)
- Application Correction Window: February 9 to February 11, 2026 (11:50 PM)
- Exam Dates: Tentatively May 11 to May 31, 2026 (in Computer-Based Test mode, multiple shifts).
NTA has issued reminders (including on January 27, 2026) urging candidates not to wait until the last day due to potential heavy traffic, technical glitches, or payment failures on the portal. Apply early to avoid issues!
How to Apply (Before Deadline)
- Visit the official website: https://cuet.nta.nic.in/
- Click on the “Registration for CUET(UG)-2026” link (it’s live).
- Complete registration → Fill the application form → Upload documents (photo, signature, etc.) → Pay fee online.
- Download confirmation page after successful submission.
Fee Structure (as per bulletin):
- General (UR): ₹1000 (up to 3 subjects) + ₹400 per additional subject
- OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹900 + ₹375 per additional
- SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender: ₹800 + ₹350 per additional
- Outside India: ₹4500 + ₹1800 per additional
Candidates can choose up to 5 subjects (including languages/General Aptitude Test) from 37 options.
