Application Process for AIIMS Nagpur Faculty (Group A) Recruitment 2025

 1) The candidate must fulfill all the eligibility conditions.

2) Firstly, you do fill application form and for this click on this link to fill your applications.

3) The hard copy of the application must be sent by post by 06/10/2025.

4) The candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility conditions.

5) If the eligibility conditions are not met by 29/09/2025, the application will be rejected.

6) You need to fill application form in MS Word format as per the proforma.

7) Dont forget to take a printout of your application form after submission.

8) It is necessary to fix photo and signature in the application form.

9) The filled application form must be scanned in PDF format.

Retired Faculty On Contract Basis Professor & Additional Professor

Eligibility Criteria

1. Retired faculty from Institutes of National Importance (INIs) and Government Medical Colleges (GMCs) can apply.
2. They should have retired at the level of Professor or Additional Professor.
3. Maximum eligible age: 70 years.

Retired Faculty On Contract Basis Professors: Apply Process  

The application process for Retired Faculty on Contract Basis Professors posts has been kept very simple. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply as per the rules mentioned in the general conditions. The special thing is that there is no need to pay any kind of application fee for this recruitment. That is, retired professors can apply directly without paying any fee.

• No Application fee is require to pay for Retired faculty on contract basis professors recruitment.

Fixed Salary

1. Salary will fix by deducting basic pension from the last drawn pay at retirement.
2. This fixed salary will remain the same for the whole contract period.
3. You will not get any yearly increament or percentage increases in this recruitment period.
4. Salary will be all-inclusive and subject to tax deductions (TDS) as per law.

AIIMS Nagpur Faculty Bharti 2025: Interview Details & Final Selection

The interview for the engagement of retired faculty consultants will be conducted at AIIMS Nagpur. Candidates must appear for the interview at their own expense, as the institute will not provide any Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) for attending. Therefore, applicants should make their own arrangements for travel and stay while coming for the interview.

Terms & Conditions

1. The appointment is purely on contract basis.
2. The initial contract is for 2 years from the date of joining.
3. It can be extended for another 2 years, or till the person reaches 70 years of age, or till the post is filled by a regular appointment – whichever comes first.
4. The contract period can be extended or reduced at the discretion of the AIIMS Nagpur authority.
5. Duties will include clinical, teaching, and research work, along with any other responsibility assigned by the Executive Director.
6. The consultant will report to the Executive Director, AIIMS Nagpur.
7. Participation in National Seminars/Conferences is allowed, same as regular faculty.
8. If sent on official duty outside station, TA/DA will be provided as per entitlement of the post held before retirement.
9. Leave entitlement: 30 days leave in a calendar year, cumulative basis.
