GU ART 2026: The application form will open in January 2026 and GU ART refers to the Goa University Admissions Ranking Test, a university-level entrance examination. The GOA university conducts this exam for the University and affiliated colleges into various postgraduate programs such as B.Ed., MA, MLISc, MSW, Master of Law, M.Sc, M.Com, and PG diplomas at Goa University and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2026.​
Candidates can apply for a maximum of five subjects/specializations for the PG and/or B.Ed. Programmes

Application & Selection Process
- Candidates will register online, must meet eligibility criteria, will upload required documents, and pay the application fee before the last date.​
- Admit cards are released before the exam; candidates will download them from unigoa.ac.in using their credentials.​

Admission-Ordinance governing the M.A., M.Sc. CDT Test
Candidates who are interested in applying for the M.Sc. Programmes in the discipline in which they have not studied at the undergraduate level are required to answer the Change of Discipline Test (CDT) in addition to the Ranking Test in the respective subject.
The CDT will be on the basis of the Ranking Test. Qualifying marks in the test is a minimum of 50% marks in the CDT to pass the test.
CDT test will be before the GU ART Test, which is conducted second week of February 2026

Counselling
The counselling will be done for seat allotment at the Goa University or Samarth Portal. The candidates will deposit the Rs 10,000 as seat confirmation fee.
There shall be common Counselling for the following Programmes: a. M.C.A, M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence and M.Sc. in Data Science b. M.A. Psychology and M.A. Wellness Counselling
