Stipend Structure

• 50% of the stipend will be paid by HAL directly.
• The remaining 50% will be paid by BOAT through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to your Aadhar-linked bank account.
• HAL prefers to pay its share into an SBI savings bank account, so using an SBI account is recommended.

HAL Apprentice Application Form 2025 Filling

• Register on NATS 2.0 Portal: Visit the official apprenticeship portal: https://nats.education.gov.in
• Register yourself with your Diploma / Engineering Degree / Non-Tech Graduate details.
• After registration, obtain your Student ID / Enrollment ID.
• If you have completed Engineering after a Diploma, make sure to upgrade your profile as an Engineering Graduate.
• Before registration, watch the Help Videos, go through the Student Manual, and ensure successful DBT beneficiary registration from the links at the bottom of the portal homepage.

Note: Your name on Aadhar, NATS portal, and your Degree/Diploma certificate must be the same, with no spelling errors.

Google Form Fill Up

1. Once you have the Student ID / Enrollment ID, open the Google Form using the official link or QR code provided by HAL (available in the official advertisement).
2. Fill in all the details accurately as per your documents.
3. Do not give incorrect information. Any discrepancy will lead to form rejection.
4. This form can be filled out only once, and no corrections will be allowed after submission.

HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Important Instructions to Keep in Mind

1. Read the official advertisement and FAQs carefully before applying.
2. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and that all details filled in are correct. Any false or incorrect information will lead to the cancellation of your candidature.
3. Only candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and possess Original or Provisional Certificates are eligible.

Shortlisted candidates will have to report to HAL-Nasik with the following:

1. All original certificates/documents
2. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner (minimum MBBS qualification)
3. Police Verification Certificate from the Superintendent/Commissioner of Police of your home district/tehsil
4. Any document proving the percentage conversion formula, if applicable

Note – Canvassing or recommendation in any form will lead to disqualification.

Accommodation & Travel

Candidates will have to arrange their own accommodation and travel for the document verification and during the entire apprenticeship period. HAL will not provide any housing or transportation facilities.
