Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Domicile:
- Bonafide Himachali OR
- Daughter of an employee of the Himachal government or an autonomous body funded by the state
- Age Limit:
- 17 to 35 years as of December 31, 2025 (5-year relaxation for SC/ST).
- Educational Qualification:
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/university.
- Minimum 40% aggregate marks (General), 35% (SC/ST/OBC)
- GNM Requirement:
- Must have passed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with at least 50% marks from a recognized institution
- Registration:
- Must be a Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) with the HP State Nurses Registration Council, Shimla, at the time of application
- Candidates from other states must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their state council

- Complete registration, upload documents, and pay the fee online.
- Application Fee:
- General/OBC: ₹2,500
- SC/ST/EWS/BPL/IRDP: ₹1,500
- PwD: Nil
Selection Process
- Admission is through an entrance exam conducted by AMRU HP.
- Merit is based on the entrance test score.
- Counselling and seat allotment will follow the publication of the merit list
