रियाणा राज्य में विभिन्न विषयों में डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए पंजीकरण खुला है। एसएससी या कक्षा 10 उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवार डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश ले सकते हैं। उम्मीदवारों के लिए पार्श्व प्रवेश का प्रावधान भी है। इन उम्मीदवारों ने या तो 10+2 में विज्ञान का अध्ययन किया है या इसी तरह के क्षेत्र में आईटीआई किया है

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Engineering/Technology: Passed 10th standard or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.
- Diploma (Lateral Entry): Passed 10+2 (Science stream) or ITI (2 years) for direct admission to the second year.

Admission Process
- Online Registration: Fill out the application form on the HSTES portal (hstes.org.in or techadmissionshry.gov.in)
- Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of required documents.
- Application Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed fee online.
- Merit List Preparation: Based on marks in the qualifying examination (no entrance exam for diploma engineering)
- Choice Filling: Select preferred institutes and courses online.
- Seat Allotment: Seats allotted as per merit and choices filled.
- Reporting: Report to the allotted institute with original documents for verification and admission confirmation

- For Diploma Pharmacy and certain other courses, there may be institute-level manual counselling for vacant seats
