The IB ACIO Grade II Mains (Tier 2) exam admit card for 2025 will be released approximately 4 days before the exam date, which is expected to be in December 2025. Candidates can download their admit card from the official Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) website at www.mha.gov.in by logging in with their registration details such as user ID and password.

IB ACIO Grade II Exam Overview

The admit card contains important details like the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, exam center, and instructions for the exam day. It is mandatory to carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination venue.

Approximately 38,000 candidates qualified the IB ACIO Grade II Tier 1 exam in 2025 to appear for the Tier 2 (Mains) exam. The Tier 1 exam was conducted for recruiting 3,717 Grade II/Executive vacancies. The result was declared on November 20, 2025, on the official MHA website (mha.gov.in). Candidates can access their individual scorecards showing section-wise marks, total score, and qualifying status.

The qualifying cutoff varies by category, with general category candidates needing around 35 marks out of 100 to qualify. Candidates who meet or exceed the cutoff are shortlisted for Tier 2 in a ratio of approximately 15 to 20 candidates for every vacancy

Candidates will follow the following step to download their admit card. As you have done earlier it will not be task for your to download your admit card. Still follow these steps

1. Go to official website Home Affairs (MHA) www.mha.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, look for the link labelled “Online Examination Call Letter for ACIO Grade II/Executive in Intelligence Bureau (IB)” and click on it.
3. You will be directed to the login page. Enter your User ID/Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth as provided during the application process.
4. Click on the “Login” button.
5. Your IB ACIO Mains admit card will appear on the screen with all important details such as exam date, venue, timing, roll number, and instructions.
6. It is important to check all your details carefully review the details, download the admit card PDF, and take at least two printouts for exam day.
7. As done earlier you will carry one printed admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam center.

MHA IB ACIO Admit Card user id and password

To recover your User ID or Password for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) admit card portal, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official MHA recruitment or admit card login page at the portal where you applied (e.g., mha.gov.in or https://cdn.digialm.com).
2. On the login page, find and click the “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password” link.
3. You will be redirected to a recovery page where you need to enter your registered email address or mobile number used during registration.
4. Fill in the security captcha displayed on the page.
5. Submit the details. You will receive your User ID or password reset instructions on your registered email or mobile via SMS.
6. Follow the instructions to reset your password or retrieve your User ID.
7. Use the recovered credentials to log in and download your admit card.
