IBPS RRB 2025 XIV registration last date is 21 September

The IBPS RRB PO application form for 2025 is currently open for various vacancies. Interested candidates must apply online through the official IBPS website (www.ibps.in) by the last date, 21st September 2025.

Exam Dates announced by IBPS it will take place on 22 and 23 November 2025, and the Mains exam will take on December 28 2025

How to Apply Online for IBPS RRB PO 2025:

1. Visit the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in.
2. Click on the CRP RRBs XIV Recruitment link.
3. Select “Apply Online For Recruitment of Officer Scale 1, 2, and 3”.
4. Register by entering basic details such as name, mobile number, and email ID. Save the registration number and password.
5. Fill in personal, educational, and communication details carefully.
6. Upload required documents: recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per prescribed format.
7. Pay the application fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
8. Review all the entered details and final submit the application.
9. Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Eligibility criteria according to the post

Educational Qualification

Office Assistant-Must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government of India.

Local Language proficiency is must

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

Bachelor Degree

Candidates with degrees in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy may get preference.

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accounting
• Experience 2 years

Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)

• Information Technology Officer
• You have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP

Chartered Accountant

You are Certified Associate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Experience one year as CA

Law Officer

Candidates hold a degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years

Treasury Officers

Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution

One year experience

Marketing Officer

MBA in Marketing from a recognized university

Experience-one year in relevant field

Agricultural Officer

 Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

2 years in relevant field

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

Candidates have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having a Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

5 Years in Banks or a financial institution

• Knowledge of the local language of the state of the applied RRB is usually required.
• Computer literacy is preferred or required.

Age Limit (as of September 1, 2025)

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age relaxations applicable:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years
  • Ex-servicemen: 5 years
  • Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Nationality

• Must be an Indian citizen or
• A subject of Nepal or Bhutan or
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending permanent settlement or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam) intending permanent settlement, with certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.

Other Criteria

• Must be proficient in the local language of the applied RRB jurisdiction.
• Should not exceed the upper age limit on the specified date.
• Must produce original documents proving eligibility and identity at various stages.
