IBPS SO for Specialist Officers 1007 Recruitment 2026: Those candidates who are looking for a career in the banking sector. IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has released the notification for the CRP SPL-XV process for recruitment to various posts of Specialist Officers (SO) for the recruitment of 2026-27. Under this recruitment process, willing applicants will be selected through a Preliminary Exam, a Main Exam, and an Interview. In the IBPS CRP SPL-XV recruitment process, a total of 11 public sector banks are participating.
These banks include: Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, UCO Bank, and Union Bank of India. Applicants selected through this common recruitment process will be provisionally allotted to one of these participating banks based on merit and preference. Under this selection process, recruitment will be conducted for the following Specialist Officer posts under Scale I:
