The Common Admission Process (CAP) 2025 is a unified selection procedure for CAT 2025 qualifiers seeking admission to multiple newer IIMs (typically 8 may be 7 this year baby IIMs like Bodh Gaya, Jammu, Kashipur, Ranchi, Sirmaur, Tiruchirappalli, Udaipur). Coordinated by one IIM (e.g., IIM Bodh Gaya in 2025), IIM Raipur and IIM Sambalpur moved out of CAP 2025. The chances are high that IIM Udaipur will move out of CAP 2025 this year
What is IIM CAP 2026?
IIM CAP (Common Admission Process) is a centralized selection for newer IIMs (Bodh Gaya, Jammu, Kashipur, Nagpur, Ranchi, Sirmaur, Trichy, Udaipur) using CAT scores for PGP/MBA admission. Shortlisted candidates attend a single WAT/PI round; each IIM finalizes offers independently
it streamlines interviews through a single-window PI (Personal Interview) round, eliminating the need for multiple separate calls. Candidates must have a valid CAT 2025 score meeting common sectional and overall cutoffs.
