The record involved delivering thousands of electric bicycles in a single event to promote sustainable local mobility and reduce carbon emissions.

Organized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh via Kuppam Area Development Authority (KADA),
It collaborated with EMotorad, District Collectorate of Chittoor, and IIT Kanpur’s technical expertise through the Kuppam Net Zero Constituency Project.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu presented the official Guinness certificate. IIT Kanpur alumni Hari Shankar and Vikas Marmat (IAS), along with Principal Investigators Prof. Manoj K. Tiwari and Prof. Rajeev Jindal, played pivotal roles.
