IOCL Doctor on Retainership – IOCL wishes to engage doctor for engagement of Retainer Doctor to visit our IOCL Residential Colony, 80ft Road, Mehulnagar, Jamnagar for two hrs./day (from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
IOCL is ready to mutually agree on the timing of the visit for three days a week (i.e., twelve day a month). Following doctors will be needed-
Doctors with MD (Medicine),
MS (General surgery)/ MBBS qualification and
These doctors should have min two years experience as General Practitioner to apply for this post.
IOCL Doctor Retainership Fee
The retainer fees for doctors with MD/ MS shall be Rs. 1320/ hr. and
MBBS-Retainership fees for doctors with MBBS qualification shall be Rs. 1020/ hr.
These rates shall be inclusive of Conveyance Allowance / transport expanses. The remuneration will be paid on actual attendance basis subject to maximum remuneration limited to 24 hours in a month.
IOCL will apply an increase of 5% annually on cumulative basis shall be paid for subsequent years. The initial period of the contract will be for 3 years, which can be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice.
Duration
These doctors will be retained for three year, it can be further extended for 2 years through mutual agreement.
