IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Notification Released
The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the new notification for Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Graduate Apprentice recruitment. This recruitment is for IOCL’s Southern Region, which includes Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Through this recruitment process, 475 vacancies will be filled. The vacancies are reserved as per government rules for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD categories. The selection will be only on the basis of a merit list. There is no written exam or interview for this recruitment. The merit list will be on the basis of the educational qualification marks.

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification
The minimum qualification required depends on the post you are applying for:Trades Educational Qualification Trade Apprentice ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute. Technician Apprentice Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch. Graduate Apprentice (Technical) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Graduate Apprentice (Non-Technical) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Selection will be purely on the basis of a merit list.
- Based on marks obtained in the required educational qualification (ITI, Diploma, or Graduation).
If two or more candidates have the same marks, the older candidate will get priority.
- Only candidates in the merit list will need to visit for document verification.
- Selected candidates must be medically fit as per IOCL requirements.
