JAC Chandigarh (Joint Admission Committee) conducts centralized counselling for undergraduate engineering, architecture, and related courses in Chandigarh, including a special process for the Sports Category. Sports Counselling Process & Instructions
- Eligibility Status: Tentative eligibility status for Sports Category applicants will be displayed on 1st July 2025. If there are objections or discrepancies, candidates must address them as per instructions.
- Reporting for Sports Counselling: Eligible candidates must report in person on 4th July 2025 at 9:30 AM at Panjab University Gymnasium Hall, Chandigarh, with:
- All original documents/certificates (including sports certificates)
- Proper sports kit
- Relevant game/sport equipment
- Discrepancies: Candidates must bring documents to clear any discrepancies mentioned in the displayed list.
- Final List: The final eligible list for the Sports Category will be published on 5th July 2025 after 5 PM.

Additional Notes for JAC Chandigarh 2025 Sports Category Counselling
- Document Upload: During registration, upload one set of self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents. Failure to upload category-specific documents will result in disqualification from that category.
- No Changes After Verification: After document verification, no changes are allowed in the application.
- Certificates: All certificates/affidavits for reservation must be issued no later than 30th June 2025.
